An award winning defense trial firm, Adams & Boswell, a Professional Corporation, was founded in 1985. Adams & Boswell concentrates its practice in the areas of insurance and corporate defense. Members of the firm have tried hundreds of personal injury and insurance coverage cases in the state and federal courts of East and Southeast Texas, including Beaumont, Dallas, Galveston, and Houston, and the firm also handles cases in Western Louisiana. All four are rated “AV” by Martindale Hubbell. Kent Adams successfully tried the Bryant and Shackelford toxic tort cases in 2002, winning a defense verdict that was recognized by the National Law Journal as one of the “Top Ten Defense Verdicts in the United States in 2002”.
